Consistency on all fields

1: Coaches must stay in the dugout on the concrete. You can sit on a bucket and have your feet hang out.

2: Coaches must call time out while in the dugout and may not leave until timeout is granted. This is simply to avoid confusion.

3: No more than 3 coaches in the dugout / on deck area. No parents and no batboys. Only coaches and rostered players allowed.

4: Only players can warm up the pitchers. Player must wear a mask if they are in a squatting position. No mask, if they are standing.

5: Every catcher must have a dangling throat guard, even on the hockey style mask.

6: All on deck batters must warm up in the on deck area attached to the dugout. They may not go onto the field.
